Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products (perishable items), each purchase is final and we do not accept returns. However, if you find a problem or damage with your products, you can always contact us at info@rebon-quebec.com. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your items must be unopened and you need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund

If your refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
